Avery's excitement about Christmas was fun to experience this year. We took advantage of it and participated in as many holiday activities as we could squeeze in. The weekend before Christmas, we took her to see "Madeline's Christmas" at the Horizon Theatre. She really enjoyed the production put on by 12 little girls - the smallest one was, of course, Madeline!

On Christmas Eve, Meme, Avery and I headed to the Atlanta Center for Puppetry Arts to see "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer." The show was great; Avery especially enjoyed watching it from
Meme's lap and decorating her very own Rudolph shadow puppet.

After the puppet show, Meme treated us to lunch at Hobnob. It was a cozy venue and we had wonderful company as cousin Laura
Bona joined us!

Finally, the big day arrived. Avery couldn't wait to see if Santa ate the cookies and
sippy cup of milk she left for him and left her toys in return. Santa didn't disappoint. This year will go on record as a Disney Princess Christmas!

We hope you and yours had a very merry Christmas - we sure did!
